Adoption Profile Book

Created a comprehensive e-learning course for an adoption agency, designed to guide learners through the process of creating an impactful Adoption Profile book. The course focuses on equipping learners with the skills needed to craft a profile that resonates with expectant mothers by highlighting important aspects of prospective adoptive parents' lives, such as personal stories, values, and family dynamics. To enhance the learning experience, the course features a task bar that allows learners to track their progress throughout the modules. It also incorporates multimedia elements, including videos, images, and interactive content, to engage the learner and reinforce key concepts. To ensure retention and understanding, quizzes are strategically placed to assess comprehension and provide feedback. Based on the needs analysis and input from subject matter experts (SMEs), a self-paced learning format was chosen. This structure empowers learners to move through the material at their own pace while completing assignments and deliverables as they progress, allowing them to apply their knowledge immediately. The course design not only provides the necessary tools for creating an Adoption Profile book but also fosters a supportive, engaging, and effective learning environment that ensures learners are fully prepared to meet the needs of the adoption agency and the expectant mothers they aim to serve.​
