Having created live learning experiences for over 11 years,
I specialize in crafting transformative educational materials tailored to
diverse audiences. My expertise spans instructional design,
e-learning development, instructor-led training, and the creation of
engaging, learner-focused experiences. My objective is to leverage
these skills to meet and exceed the needs of your organization, ensuring
impactful learning outcomes and organizational success. I am a hardworking, quick learner who approaches challenges with creativity and determination. I excel in developing educational resources that align with instructional objectives, captivate learners, and drive measurable results.
Originally from Canada, I migrated to the United States to pursue my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. During my college years, I married and settled in Idaho, where I began my journey in education. After earning my degree, I taught in elementary classrooms across two states, where I not only implemented existing curricula but also designed custom materials to enhance student learning. Along the way, my husband and I adopted our two wonderful children, who are now eight and four years old.
As my passion for education evolved, I pursued and obtained a Master of Science in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology, with a focus on Adult Learning. This advanced degree equipped me with the tools to create innovative learning solutions for diverse audiences. I have since worked as a contractor for various organizations, including corporations and startups, where I applied my expertise to develop comprehensive training systems, onboarding programs, and other instructional materials.

One of my career highlights includes designing curricula and training materials for a leading corporation to support the launch of a new treatment for abraded scalps. Additionally, I collaborated with an AI startup to design their entire onboarding system, ensuring new hires were equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. I also worked closely with a fraternity’s graduate department to create educational resources that aligned with their mission and values.
I thrive on designing curricula that are both innovative and effective. My tech-savvy approach allows me to analyze needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver
materials that engage learners and achieve desired outcomes. I am excited to
connect with you to explore how my rich educational background and professional experience can contribute to your organization’s success as an Instructional Designer.
