Developed a comprehensive Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) program for an assessment company specializing in elementary assessments. Using the ADDIE instructional design framework, I created an engaging eLearning course focused on training employees to effectively use the company’s new assessment tool. The training program was designed to ensure learners fully understood the system's features and functionalities. The course included an interactive slide deck, which guided participants step-by-step through the assessment tool, demonstrating key functions and providing real-world applications. I incorporated a variety of learning modalities, including visual aids, hands-on practice scenarios, and opportunities for live interaction, to ensure the training was both informative and engaging. The program was designed with the end-user in mind, providing clear instructions to maximize the effectiveness of the tool and improve overall workflow for the assessment company’s employees. This project showcased my ability to design and develop a wide range of training materials, from instructor-led sessions to interactive eLearning content, tailored to meet specific business needs.
