Presenter Guide and Learner Guide  

For this project, I created both a Trainer Guide and a Learner Guide to support an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) program for an assessment company. The materials, designed using Canva, were crafted to help educators effectively integrate and use the company's assessment tools in their classrooms. Participants are trained on how to administer the assessment, interpret the results, and utilize the data to inform their teaching practices. The course was developed using the ADDIE instructional design process, ensuring a structured and iterative approach. Through close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), we identified performance gaps and recommended a tailored solution within the course content. The course includes a variety of media, job aids, pre- and post-assessments, and feedback mechanisms, all designed to enhance learner engagement and measure knowledge retention. This comprehensive training program equips educators with the necessary skills to confidently use the assessment tools and drive better outcomes for their students.
