I designed a comprehensive e-learning course to train stylists in hair extension preparation, application, and styling techniques. This course provided step-by-step guidance to help stylists deliver seamless, high-quality results for their clients. My development process included creating detailed lesson outlines to structure the content, organizing topics to align with clear learning objectives, and designing storyboards to outline content hierarchy, navigation, scripts, and media needs while adhering to style guides. I managed media requests, tracked their development, and incorporated final assets into the course. Using eLearning authoring tools, I built interactive, engaging courseware that combined visuals, animations, and text to enhance learning. This project highlights my ability to design structured, media-rich learning experiences that support professional skill development and deliver measurable results.
