Facilitators + Participant Guide

Developed a comprehensive facilitator’s guide for a company specializing in training hairstylists, with a specific focus on braiding techniques. Collaborated closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructors to define clear learning outcomes, which informed the course structure and content development. The training program was designed to deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective learning experiences. In addition to the facilitator’s guide, I created a participant guide, an interactive slide deck, and supplementary multimedia materials such as instructional videos and step-by-step demonstrations. To enhance engagement and knowledge retention, the course included quizzes, practical assessments, and interactive activities. This project showcases my ability to create end-to-end training solutions that align with organizational goals, leverage expert knowledge, and deliver measurable outcomes. It highlights my expertise in instructional design, multimedia integration, and collaboration with stakeholders to produce impactful and scalable learning materials.
