Evaluation of Graduate Volunteers

The "Evaluation of Graduate Volunteers" course is designed to empower Section Leaders with the knowledge and tools to conduct impactful evaluations that support the growth and development of graduate volunteers. This comprehensive training provides a clear roadmap for effective assessments, including self-assessment techniques, post-evaluation discussions, and aligning evaluations with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize organizational impact. Participants learn best practices for timing, frequency, and criteria, ensuring evaluations are consistent, fair, and meaningful. By the end of the course, Section Leaders are equipped to confidently implement evaluation processes that foster volunteer improvement, enhance organizational performance, and strengthen the overall volunteer network. This course highlights my expertise in instructional design, showcasing my ability to create engaging, results-driven content that aligns with organizational goals.
