Diversity in the Classroom

Created an e-learning course for a local school district.This course teaches learners how to implement diversity into their classrooms throughout the entire year. Using the ADDIE process, I was able to develop an eLearning course that targets the objectives that were outlined by the SME's. This course will highlight the prerequisites as identified in the needs analysis that will be identified in the pre/post assessments.

This Learners guide was made as a deliverable for the employees who are enrolled in this course. Learners will use this as a guide as they navigate through the eLearning course on diversity and inclusion in the classroom.
